Kemp Williams serves as leader and drummer and organized the band in 1996. That year the band played four gigs. Last year 2007 we played 15 gigs in October alone. Founding member Sam Griggs plays tuba, Al Mulle-accordion, Matt Hannah-clarinet and vocals, and John Hoppe, trumpet & vocals.

We rouse the crowd with German toast 'Ein Prosit." All enjoy “The Chicken Dance," marching to "The Happy Wanderer," and shunkeling to a Bavarian waltz.

We have entertained at birthday, anniversary and New Year’s celebrations, wedding receptions, a soccer playoff, and once played German songs for a St Patrick’s Day gathering at a Mexican restaurant.

The band plays throughout the year for private parties parades and festivals.
